Research interest
Her research interests are related to clinical rehabilitation of patients with neurological deficits, including stroke and Parkinson's disease as well as children with developmental coordination problems. She is interested in trying to understand the pathological motor control and learning in these patient populations and works towards the development of rehabilitation strategies which help them to acquire maximum functional mobility, independence and better quality of life. In stroke research, she is currently working on neurological correlates of spasticity and effects of Brain Computer Interface intervention on spasticity expression.
